If you're only talking about Himalaya I'd say it's Bresol syrup, even though it's not the best out there. Some pharmaceutical drugs work much better. Tulsi capsules from Himalaya are mild, and more suited for sinus, cough, and sneezing issues—not chest congestion. Theoretically, Tulsi should work for chest congestion as well, but these tablets are too mild. If you're insistent on using an Ayurvedic products, try Bresol—or ask your friendly neighbourhood chemist for a cough syrup that contains Tulsi.
