My old Intel could not handle Windows 11. It served me well but took 6 to 7 minutes to boot, sometimes longer. Motherboard was buggy and I could only run it with 8GB of ram. This Minisforum is up and running in less than 15 seconds. It's fast, quiet, and runs cool. Handles whatever I throw at it. Happy with my purchase.

I have owned this for almost a year. It is powerful and quiet in operation. It is small enough to mount behind my monitor and has ample input ports. Bluetooth works fine to a wireless mouse and keyboard. However, will need a wired keyboard and wired mouse for troubleshooting because Bluetooth only works after the boot process into windows is complete. The instruction manual is not well written, so some computer knowledge is needed. I just completed a BIOS update, and that was not straightforward due to poor instructions, and then I had to find the secure boot key for the boot drive before everything was finally working. I would buy this again and recommend this product. Fortunately, I purchased mine with a 2GB SSD and 96GB of RAM, before the big spike up in memory prices.

Very good build quality. Performance is good but lack of support for AI for the iGPU especially with 48GB VRAM really hurts.

This is a compact high power mini PC. I love the fact that it has 3 m.2 NVMe slots. That means you could put in 3x8TB=24TB of very fast SSD (although they mention that you can have up to 4TB each, but mine works with 8TB), up to 96GB DDR5 run up to 4 monitors at 4K 60Hz ( I run 3) and has some support for 8K as well. Even has a finger print sensor for fast sign-in. They don't mention here but mine came with Win11 Pro installed. The power supply is built in. The cooling is sufficient, mine barely feels warm to the touch. The processor (AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M graphics) is a new AI based design that has 12 cores and 12 threads and the core speed defaults to 2GHz but can rev up to 5.1GHz when needed. They suipply two 2.5GHz ethernet ports that work as advertized. Also, it is nice to have BT5.4 and low-latency Wifi-7. My only issue was my own fault. I transferred contents from another PC which had Windows 10 and I'm assuming that this process caused a driver issue with the AMD graphics that resulted in a lot of strange glitches and power cycling at night but their team helped me eliminate the issues and now it works great. Ultimately, I had to do a clean uninstall in safe mode and reinstall the same graphics driver set using AMD tools. I am not a gamer but believe this mini would outperform the rest. Also, the machine is very quiet, I cannot hear the fan motor. If you get one of these units, there are 4 corner long screws and a slightly hidden short screw under a rubber stickon and the bottom doesn't come off very easily the first time, use a plastic prying tool and work your way from the back forward. I am happy with this purchase and believe the price to be decent. And, if you don't have a lot of space, you can even mount this on the back of your monitor if it has a vesa mount like most monitors.

Love it. AI Space is growing for this and only gets better everyday. Computer has been running real well for the 2 months I have had it. Speed, ease of setup, graphics all very high. I don’t think the SD card port works though.

I am impressed with the performance of the machine, and I use it with Windows 11 Pro. It does have Co-Pilot and recall support. I am primarily using it for productivity work, but occasionally do both use Adobe and run AI LLMs locally. I am reviewing adding an eGPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 via the Occulink port. I would suggest that purchasers review the AMD 395+ Series of machines as well.

A) removing bottom panel is NOT clear- there are FIVE screws one of which is hidden by a piece of rubber, B) to then install SD card you have to remove another 8 or so screws, C) once you get inside you see that THEY DO NOT PROVIDE the tiny screw that keeps the SSD card flat, WHO HAS A TINY SCREW AROUND TO DO THIS??? WHY NOT INSTALL THE BLOODY SCREW AT THE FACTORY SO THAT IT'S ALREADY THERE? I already HATE this product
