Great phone rasybto use wortj the money.

S25 was good value at £550 compared to at least £800 for an S26. And from the S24 upward Samsung is supporting with seven years of updates. The seller (Fairtech) confirmed quickly that it is a European model and it arrived quickly. The box stated 'Enterprise edition' but this wasn't a problem at all.

Having - opened the box / broken the seal - which gave no outward indication that it wasn't an English version / perhaps those stickers that seemed so legit hid that - the mobile inside started up in what I think was Chinese though it might have been North Korean for all I know. I was of course aghast but having been - mislead / tricked - into opening the box felt I might as well give it a go and starting hitting the buttons that meant nothing to me in the hope of reaching a point where I might be offered the means to change the language Which more by luck than anything else I finally managed just as I was about to throw in the towel. Since then the phone has been a dream and hopefully wont at some point default back to Chinese / North Korean - mode as it were just to test my nerves and patience

This phone came in chinese. We watched a you tube video which explained how to change to English. Very easy to do. Since then transfer of data was as normal and the new phone is working as expected.

Good price. I was a bit worried it might not be as promised, but delivered very quickly. Took me a few inspired minutes to change the screen from the oriental unintelligible language to English, but all ended well.

The smartphone came soon and was in the original package. I could install everything without problems and it works smoothly.

One day in late but : - New phone with stickers - Dual SIM (it's a good surprise) - No surprise

This is a beautiful looking phone, well-constructed and thought out. I was purposely looking for a phone with a screen as close to 6" as possible (you know, the way they used to make them). Thankfully this phone gives me the size I want and also packs in flagship features. The camera is the best I've used so far, and switching from an Android 11 phone to a 15 is like getting into a Lexus after having driven a Yugo, night and day. Only things I really miss are the lack of SD ROM expansion and the battery size, though the phone has still made it through a day and a half of moderate use before needing to be charged, so software and usage patterns probably mean more these days than putting in another 1000mah of battery capacity. Overall this is my 2nd Samsung phone and I am more than satisfied with it. You will not find a smaller modern phone this size that packs in flagship features (I would have saved loads buying a Pixel 8a but even that is slightly bigger despite a 6.1" screen diagonal vs the 6.2" that the S25 offers, since the bezels are bigger on the Pixel, and the Pixel weighing 20 grams more). Highly recommended!
