Led Zeppelin Live: 1975-1977 [Iconic Images] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Led Zeppelin Live: 1975-1977 Review: Had to have it - This book might have been called Page and Plant 1975-1977, given that most of the photos are of those two, and the avid Led Zeppelin fan won't find many shots they haven't already seen before, but being able to see the photos in this large, high-quality format is a pleasure. The photographs are of specific shows: Terry O'Neill covered Earls Court 23 May 1975, Tampa Stadium 3 June 1977, and Madison Square Garden 7 June 1977; Michael Brennan covered Olympia Stadium in Detroit 31 January 1975; and Baron Wolman covered Alameda Coliseum 23-24 July 1977. Text, captions, and photo editing are by Dave Lewis. This is, of course, a book that takes advantage of the fact that it's Led Zeppelin's 50th anniversary. But so what? I would have purchased the book last year, too. (image is of the back cover) Review: Stunning Photography - You’ve seen the same pictures of Led Zeppelin for more than 50 years, and that’s because they are iconic Rock and Roll images. This book gives you to see the shots that didn’t become the ones you know. It is visually stunning, and captures the band during their peak. A must for the true Zep conisur!! I highly suggest it! It’s a big and beautiful coffee table book printed on very heavy stock.

Phenomenal!
A beautiful photo book. Anything that is connected to or has come into the hands of Dave Lewis automatically gets a seal of approval. A real steal for such a low price. I really enjoy seeing the proximity of the fans to the stage! Will never see that again in this day and age. Marathon photos from marathon performances. This shouldn't make you wonder - get it!

Great book of live pics...
Not as comprehensive as Led-Zeppelin by Led-Zeppelin but has more previously unseen live shots. Earls Court, Madison Square Garden, Tampa, Oakland...when they were arguably the biggest band in the planet. Even has Plantations mixed in as prefaces to the archive. Well worth the price.

A Glimpse At A World Gone By
The world's best rock photographers capturing the world's best live rock band in a time of myth and legend. Memory-provoking images for those who were there and a revelation for those who weren't (or don't remember being there; it was the '70's after all). Beautifully packaged and skillfully printed.

AWESOME
My Husband (as I said in another review) is THE Consumate Zep fan. As musicians, we give each other gifts related to music and I have searched for every single thing I can find for him (that we can afford) about Zep. This book and the other I bought was an anniversary gift and it lit up his world! Thank you Zep for allowing it, thank you Amazon for selling it! He LOVES IT!!

Wonderful addition for your library
I bought this as a gift for my husband, a devoted Zep super-fan since the early 70’s. A fantastic addition to his collection!

I was looking for this book and very happy to get it! I stopped listening to music for a long time but one day when Dazed and Confused came out on internet I remembered how I enjoyed their music and it's still much the same today. Good photography takes us to the music.

Just received my copy and was totally awe struck by every photo that i saw. The glory days are depicted up close with amazing LIVE concert poses as though you were right there, front and center. Actually brought tearful joy to my eyes as i myself saw Led Zeppelin Feb. 6th 1975 Montreal forum...just one week after the shown concert at the Olympia stadium in Detroit which was Jan. 31st 1975. Do not hesitate...truly a keepsake if you are a Led Zeppelin fan ! Thank you Led Zeppelin and Thank you all three photographers for capturing these forever iconic photo's. The three photographers are Terry O'Neill,Michael Brennan and Baron Wolman.
