Slightly bigger than my ego, but still very wearable

The reviews that this thing fit OK at the start, but after only wear on it four times, it already slips off my arm. Not sure if the solution is to buy a size smaller than you’re supposed to, but it’s not worth the money at all.

I am a 145lb woman, my biceps are 11-12in around I bought the small, wish they had an extra small it’s snug but not tight, bought it for grappling. Will come back and update if it stays on for that. Fit my whoop perfectly. Update it slid down when I trained so it was a bit too small, but I’m going to try and alter it to fit.

Runs big

Good theory and may work for smaller guys. If you have bigger arms it will move down. I tried using it for Jiu Jitsu but it would always slide off my bicep. I ended up using the Whoop underwear. They are great.

Velcro came off after the third use, but it still works without it

I am rather hesitant about supplement products as most of the time I feel like they don’t do much , however with Alpha drive genuinely feel a massive difference in my performance activities & just day to day , I feel much more energised , as for the T levels , I can’t say I feel any different in that regard however I wouldn’t notice if I did , bought 3 times now and can confidently advise anyone to purchase these over other brands as I’ve used ChatGPT to compare the ingredients to other brands and it all leads back to Alpha drive
