I love this thing. I have a lot of upper back/shoulder pain, but am often busy at my sewing machine. This heating pad allows me to manage my pain without having to lay down and stop working.The only thing that could make this product better is if it covered more of my back! (and maybe if it didn't have the auto shut-off, but I know that's for safety, so it's okay)

UPDATE: It's now August 2020, a year and a half since I purchased this heating pad, and I have to say I'm still very much in love with it! I use it twice a day, in the mornings and before I go to sleep at night. I really don't know how I survived before I had this pad. Between my ice packs and this, it really helps with the spasms and swelling in my neck and shoulders. The pad also washes nicely and has held up in the washer. This heating pad is still 5 stars!!! I'm devastated right now because I came back to order another one for my daughter and it's says out of stock! Please tell me you're still making/selling them!I LOVE this heating pad! It's super soft and huge! Covers all of your shoulders/traps/neck area and has convenient snap so you can close it around your neck and it won't slip off your body. I've had 2 neck surgeries and get a lot of muscle spasms and knots in my neck and shoulders. I just attach the heating pad around my neck and shoulders and relax for an hour or so and it relaxes my muscles and helps ease the aches & tension. I love how it has auto shut-off after 2 hours because I have been known to fall asleep while wearing it! There is no odor or burning smell that occurs with some heating pads either. You are also able to remove the pad and machine wash it if it gets dirty. The best thing about this heating pad though is the price!! I thought the fabric was going to be something cheap - but NOPE - it feels like an expensive fur you're wearing around your neck! The only thing I would change is the color of the pad. The bright green is pretty, but it would be nice to have a choice of color, like blue, pink or white.

Had this since 2019. Just broke recently so lasted 3 years approx. for the price that’s not too bad and I use it a lot. Not as hot as other heating pads but I like that it fit on my shoulders well

This is my Go To security blanket. Its sooo soft , Just love the Yen Green color! Its like sleeping with a plush teddy bear next to me. Not only does it relieve the aches on my neck and back, and swollen feet its also awesome for tummy aches as well. I take it with me on my travels as its light weight and does not take much space in my suitcase.The products is exactly as it is described on the listing. I just love the 3 temperature settings and the automatic switch-off, I do not need to worry about falling asleep with it on and the large control buttons are great , as I can easily see it in the dark while laying down. I think this would be a great gift to give to anyone with sore muscles of any kind. But I think I will keep this one for myself ;-)

I love the shape of this, it’s so much better than my old square heating pad, the fabric is soft & I appreciate its washable. I deducted one star because the snap broke the first time I used it, doesn’t really matter it’s not needed, I also wish it got a bit hotter.

First of all, this thing is so wonderfully soft! The snap closure is an awesome feature and helps keep it in place and nice and snug around my neck and shoulders. It is awesome that the cord is detachable and it is machine washable! I can only imagine how beneficial it will be at times when I have a headache or my shoulders are aching! It was very relaxing just to even try it out. This is very handy and user friendly. There are three heat settings, and the hot setting was not scorching hot, it was perfect! I love the personal touch the developer added to the package about herself and her commitment to customer service! Great product! Will definitely be using it often!

I've had this heating pad for 2 years now and it suddenly stopped working. The light just flashes and the pad no longer heats up. Before this, my husband and I really enjoyed having it and now it is not even available to order. Very disappointing. My grandmother's heating pad is decades old. They don't make them like the used to I guess.

I've had the same heating pad for years from the Brookstone store which was good quality but it finally died on me - ordered this one to replace it. WOW color me impressed. Very well made, quality materials and holycow it's soft. Like a velour blanket. Falls right out of the box ready to use - easy controls, heats up quickly. Made for neck and shoulders but I can see many uses for it other than that. The snap closure is especially nice feature my other didn't have - keeps snuggly in place. Moving to a colder climate soon - I can tell this will be used for more than neck ache :) Quite happy with my purchase.
