3 Inch Timed Rate Toilet Flapper Replacement for Mansfield and Others

It fit great and was easy to install.

This product worked perfectly for my Gerber. Super easy and fixed the problem immediately.

The left and right holes on the flapper arms have the same size. To fit my mansfield toilet that requires a larger hole on the right arm, I expanded the hole by using a knife and it eventually worked. But the timing control does not work. The amount of water flushed is the same no matter which insert is used. I found out that the reason is there is a lack of air discharge hole in the flapper body; in this case, the maximum water is always used. To make timing control work, I drilled a hole in the upper body of the flapper, whose size and the size of the hole of the insert together determine the flush water consumption. Amazing physics!

Works to stop the slow leak from the old cracked one. Fits my Costco toilet if that helps anyone.

Just to note this is not genuine part. Good overall but will not work with some Mansfield toilets. If your original flapper being replaced has one hole bigger on the right arm part of the flapper compared to the left arm hole; then this one will not work.

Fit perfectly, and the four choices for sink rate is a nice bonus.
