Haven't worn these yet - but they felt good when I tried them on. I was looking for a sandal with arch support and that would be fastened to me foot. These fit the bill. The Velcro straps are going to be worth their weight in gold on holiday when my feet will undoubtedly swell in the heat. Very lightweight. I bought the size 3.5 and the fit is good with a little room to spare. I normally wear a size 3. These aren't the most stylish of footwear, but very practical.
