This gun is pretty cool. It uses gel pellets, which are not messy and accidental impact on another person is not painful. It comes with A LOT of pellets. You need to soak the pellets for about an hour or so in lukewarm water. Once they are full size 7mm approx., then you can load them in the small magazine, or the included large capacity magazine, and you're ready to go. I was able to fit one pack of 500 pellets in the large capacity magazine. The gun comes with a light-up scope and a laser scope. You need to play with the scopes for a little bit to adjust them to ok accuracy. One thing to comment here is that the pellets are gel and are small, don't expect paintball gun accuracy. The gun is battery powered, which allows for constant fire. This gun was fun to play with my kids, I would not take it to a paintball fight, the weight and size of the pellets do not allow them to fly long distances and wind factor also affects when playing outside. I highly recommend this gun.
