I bought this one for watching TV for long hours and I am loving this. The material is so soft and plush make me feel cozy and comfortable. This delivered in box with minimal assembly required. The frame seem sturdy and durable. Padding is more than enough to support back, thighs and lumber. Recliner is smooth and can set various positions. The massage feature works well.

This recliner is super comfortable and easy to put together! Super soft fabric- I’m pretty sure my kitty thinks I bought it for him! I have to scooch him to use it, definitely one of the favorite seats in my home!This chair is wide enough to accommodate my various sitting styles as I can’t sit “normally” for too long, reclines comfortably and has a supportive high back! I wish it came in a few different colors but I am also a throw blanket girlie so really doesn’t matter! The heat is very nice on a cool morning or with tea before bed.I had an issue with the remote and the seller was very responsive! It was over Chinese new year and they set appropriate expectations for timeframe to sort out my issue. Would recommend!

I was very hesitant about which rocking chair to buy because my original one was so uncomfortable it hurt my tailbone. I really didn’t want to make that mistake again.I have nothing but good things to say about this chair. It’s super comfortable but not overly soft — it actually gives great back support. The headrest is perfect for leaning back while holding or nursing a baby, which has been such a game changer.It rocks and swivels very smoothly, and the recline is quiet which is HUGE if you have a sleeping or easily distracted baby. The fabric is incredibly soft. It does collect a little lint because of the material, but it comes right off with a lint roller, so it’s not a big deal.It’s definitely on the larger side which I personally love, but assembly was very easy and delivery came much sooner than I expected.Overall, this has been a 10/10 experience so far. I’m genuinely so happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it for any nursery or living area.

The chair it's self ok. It's not too soft. Prefer a bit deeper chair, but it's ok, not to bad. The delivery was horrible. I was ok that they delivered a day later, but they left in the driveway in front of garage. It was raining so bad that day. I am 41 year old women with toddler and a baby, could not bring that huge box to the door by myself. I was so disappointed and so mad. Why in the world they would leave it in the driveway not the front door?! This is not ok. I had to call and find someone who could bring the chair. Other way the box would be destroyed in the rain and the chair would be soaking wet. Because of the delivery I can not give u more stars, until u would find better people for the delivery.Update: The chair started squeaking after only 2.5 months of use. My husband tried every troubleshooting step he could think of. He tightened all the screws and bolts, applied lubricant, and did everything possible, but nothing has fixed the problem.The squeaking is extremely loud and annoying. I can no longer rock my children in the chair because the noise is so disruptive, especially with the baby. It's impossible to rock the baby to sleep without the constant squeaking.I'm very disappointed and upset that this chair developed such a serious problem after such a short time.
