Sensitive Skin and Stomach Cat Food, Lamb and Rice Formula - 7 lb. Bag

We recently adopted a kitten who almost immediately started having intestinal issues (the runs) after switching to our dry kitten food. We had a few different foods available and couldn't figure out what was wrong. We swapped out all his food and treats and still no luck. We bought this food, thinking it would help, and it absolutely did. This sensitive stomach food is BY FAR his favorite; I have to refill the feeder almost every day. He's a Maine Coon, so he eats a ton of it. It's a bit pricey but totally worth the cost! His litterbox issues are gone, he's happy and healthy, and prefers this food exclusively despite having a couple of other options. We are incredibly pleased with our choice!

My 17 year old kitty has IBD and this Sensitive Skin and Stomach Dry and (and also the wet version) help his system over regular food. As for the Dry Lamb and Rice here, he likes it more than any other dry food he's had in years, including the less expensive Purina One version also sold here on the same page.

My cats love this food! I got it when one of my cats started having digestion issues with her previous food, and switching to this has cured all of the problems! It's a great quality food, I like that there are multiple size options available, and it is a great value for the money.

Cats like it, good for them if they have allergies to chicken like many do, also good to give them for a change of pace.

This product works out well for the cats. They both have sensitive stomachs, but unfortunately will probably make other choices due to the cost.

Out of my 6 Sphynx cats, a couple have super sensitive stomachs and used to struggle with explosive diarrhea. After switching to this food, their stools are finally normal and their skin looks healthier, too. The best part? Every single one of them loves it! No more tummy issues, no more messy surprises — just a herd of happy, thriving cats.

We don't yet know whether it will resolve his digestive and skin problems, so I'll try to add to this later when we know more. Our cat is growing older and has recently developed some digestive issues. He is already taking a daily supplement for his skin issues. Allergies? Sensitivities? Not entirely sure yet, but we knew we would need to begin with dietary changes. We chose Purina Pro Plan SK and STF because it has such great reviews and clean ingredients. We hope this will help his skin as well as his digestive issues. Our kitty is very picky, so we expected some hesitation. Much to our surprise, he was very excited about the aroma, and he was eager to try it. This is a good sign!

Update... 6 months later and my cat is still doing well on this food. Nibbles on it all day. He put back much of his weight and looks and feels much better. A great diet if your baby has tummy troubles. My cat lost about 3 lbs in 3 months. Vomiting, not eating well, lethargic. I had introduced some new kibble for him to give him a variety. Apparently, he couldn't digest it Took him to the vet and xray showed a small portion of thickened bowel. IBS? Chronic colitis? Whatever it is, I started him on this food. I hand fed him small amounts multiple times a day. He seemed to like the taste, even though he wasn't hungry. I used a syringe to hydrate him with water. After 2 days, no more vomiting. Began getting perkier on day 3. Now, less than a week later, he's eating and drinking normally. No visible signs of sickness, other than a thinner cat, but it looks like he has puffed up a bit and is playing again. This food is a miracle worker. Don't hesitate to buy it. He now loves the taste and munches a lot in it throughout the day.

Thank you Purina Pro Plan for giving me back my vibrant and energetic little man! My 12 year old cat was throwing up constantly on a daily basis for the last couple of years and it has been a nightmare trying to find a dry cat food that he would enjoy eating. Even wet foods were of no help and nutritional balance he needed. Happy to say that he no longer is throwing up and enjoys getting his "crunchies". I think he has put on some weight which we are thrilled to bits about because he was getting very skinny. Cannot be thankful enough for finding this food. Our dog is on the Purina Pro Plan line too and there is no other brand that can be beat. Very happy pet parents!!

Perfect! My cat has pancreatitis and the veterinarian said he can only eat this type of food. I'm glad I'm able to find a different flavor for him. Being this flavor that I got. He didn't seem to really like the chicken so now we tried this one with oatmeal and he seems to like it. :)
