Hands down, the best on the market, but...
I have periodic stuffy nose. More from environment than anything else. Zicam, by far, beats all the other stuffy nose spray. I'd give it a 5-star except for one thing... the price. Ounce per ounce, it is far more expensive than it's main brand name competitor, and definitely almost double to off-brand decongestants. But this always works, so I, grudgingly, pay the additional amount for it.

Great nose spray
Best nose spray we have found on the market. More like a gel so it coats the nostrils and doesn't dry dry them out like a lot of other sprays. Lasts all night.
