Is the Super Elixir worth the price?

45 whole-food ingredients in one daily serve replace 6–8 separate supplements. Formulated by a naturopath to address energy, hormones, gut health, and sleep at once. Most customers find they spend less overall and actually feel the difference.

How long before I notice results?

Most customers notice better energy and digestion within 2–3 weeks. Hormonal and skin benefits build over 6–8 weeks. The Super Elixir works cumulatively, commit to 30 days and track your energy, bloating, and sleep from day one.

How does this compare to AG1 or other greens powders?

Customers who've switched from other brands cite two things: better taste (less grassy, easier daily) and no GI discomfort. The Super Elixir is also formulated for specifically to support women's health.

What does it taste like and how do I take it?

Mild, lightly sweet flavour — not grassy or medicinal. Mix one teaspoon (5g) with water, coconut water, or a smoothie. Dissolves easily with a spoon or shaker, no blender needed. Best taken daily as part of your morning routine.

Is this right for perimenopause symptoms?

Yes. The formula includes adaptogens for cortisol, B vitamins for energy and brain clarity, magnesium for sleep and mood, and zinc for hormonal regulation. Designed as a daily foundation for women in hormonal transition.
