I'm so pleased with these solar path lights!! I was drawn to them because they are different than the lights being sold out there with the caps (they all look alike!). I like the modern look and the fact that each is an independent light (not hooked up to one solar panel with a cord). I purchased 2 sets of 6, but I think even one set would've been fine. I was concerned when I read in the instructions that a street light might impact the lights from turning on, but I have a bright street light right across the street and it didn't impact their luminosity at all. I purchased them because I don't want to have the porch lights on all night but at the same time, the house looks too dark at night. These were the perfect solution for me. Installation was really easy. I have hard soil and rocks so I took a garden stake and hammered the holes first, and then I just slipped the lights with their steaks right in. They've been through wind and rain with no problems. I am definitely happy with my purchase!

The mix of good and bad reviews had me wondering about these but I ordered 2 pkgs (12 lights). I opened the boxes and tested them. 3 of 12 did not light but worked properly after a short time in the sun. The stakes are in the bottom of the lights and you just remove the bottom to get the stake. The top (solar panel) pulls off and can be charged separate from the fixture. Handy if you have a light in a more shaded area - Also, there is an on/off switch on the bottom of the solar panel - turn it on! So, you can take the solar panel off and put it in the sunlight, put it back on at night. These lights do not light up a big area, just a very warm pleasing glow around the light. I am pleased with the look. Very modern, stylish look. Installing is as simple as pushing the stake into the ground. I recommend getting the lights straight and level and then tamping the earth around the light with a rubber hammer to help keep it nice and straight. Mine look great and have gotten good comments from friends who have seen them at night. The design also makes them look great in the daytime. No, I did not receive anything for this review - darn!

I bought 2 packs of these (12 lights total) and roughly half of them work and the other half don't. I opened both packages and placed them around the yard, so I'm not sure if it was just one dud package or if there were a few dead ones mixed in with each box.These are lining the pathway to our front door and get a good amount of sun during the day, but when they come on at night, there are always a few certain lights that require a few taps on the top in order for them to turn on. Every night, without fail. Not sure what the deal is, but kind of disappointed. Otherwise, they look nice.

These Garden lights are CHEAPLY MADE & Do NOT Last...they are CRAP!!! June 2019 ~ Ordered LowVoltz Solar 6 Pack Stainless Steel Solar LED Path Lights (Seller: EBH Direct). Within 7 months - ALL 36 lights required Battery Replacements...and, 16 of those lights never came on again. Now, those that remain working...require a 3rd Battery Replacement. I contacted the Seller (EBH Direct) through Amazon. On May 3, 2020...EBH Direct responded with this e-mail ~ "Thanks for reaching out. First off I would like to apologize for the problems you are having with your lights. The average life span on the rechargeable batteries is 1 year. I have never heard of batteries dying after just a couple of months. The required batteries are nicd and they are relatively inexpensive. I have 15 replacement tops I can send you and I can send you some replacement batteries for the other units but that’s the best I can do. Let me know if that works. Thanks." I too have never heard of nor had to replace batteries (or, so many) so soon...in less than a year...REALLY? And, No - the batteries are 'relatively inexpensive' ~ until you have to Change 36 SETS of Batteries 3+ times a year...it adds up! And, of course - the 2 year warranty doesn't cover for this. However, I appreciated & I accepted the offer on May 4, 2020 - also providing my mailing address to send the Replacement Tops & Batteries to me. Since then...I have heard NOTHING! No Items have arrived and have received NO RESPONSES. I have sent MULTIPLE e-mails to Follow-Up...NOTHING! I have even called the Customer Service # on the Amazon page for EBH Direct...says "The # you have dialed is not in service". And, requested 'Help' through Amazon. NOTHING!!! Terrible...just Terrible ~ Cheap Items & Customer Service!!!

This is my second year of ordering these lights. I liked them so much, I ordered more to replace some of the taller solar lights I used previously. I use these lights along my sidewalk and within gardens. I love the fact that they are flush to the ground. I no longer have to straighten lighted posts. They stay where they are put. They are bright enough to light my walkway, and focus on plantings.The only issue I have found is that a few of them have become broken on the rubber/plastic piece that covers the off/on switch. I do remove them in the fall, so it wasn't the winter cold and snow that caused this. They still worked regardless this year. I purchased enough extra in case I need to replace a few because of this issue.

We purchased 3 sets of the lights due to the great reviews. They came a week ago and we replaced the existing lights with the new ones. They look great but the brightness is weak (not as bright as the old ones) and 3 of the lights stopped working 2 hours after dark. We live in California so there are plenty of sun shine and we did not have any problems with the existing lights which have been working flawlessly for the last couple of years and they continue to work throughout the night.

We have had this for a couple weeks now, and it works just perfect! We used these solar lights in our backyard, very easy installation with a stake to keep it sturdy. Whether it was cloudy or sunny, it still provided just enough light for our backyard corner. A great modern touch and plan on ordering more, def recommend this product.

I thought they would be a little bigger but works great out back , kinda disappointed I thought they would be not made a cheaply for the price
