Gundry MD® MCT Wellness Powder, 90 Day Supply, Raspberry Medley

I've just started using this, so don't have information on how good it works yet. It tastes great, which is a plus. Some people are complaining about it's inability to mix well with water. I read that first, so tried a different tactic. If you mix on scoop with only 1 or 2 oz. of water, ( I used a small whisk right in the glass), it will dissolve with no problem. Then just mix in the rest of the water needed, 10 oz. total for 1 scoop.

Hoax. It doesn’t work. Tried it for months with normal healthy diet. Nothing. Then I did a hard core diet. The diet is what works. Not this product. It doesn’t mix well and is extremely expensive. Put your money toward a nice healthy diet plan and don’t let this take credit for it.

Love the product. Hate the price.

I'm 82, but don't look it or act it, this gives me a boost in the morning and through out the day, also a nice sleep at night. I love it, and wouldn't dream of going without it. See the key within these words is act it, If you act like an old fuddy duddy, you'll be one, not me, I dress stylish and comfortable, and its hard for the young ones to keep up to me, the tellers at the bank I do business with, tell me, when they are my age, they want to look just like me, lol

I have been taking MCT Wellness for a week now. The cognitive effects are slight, but feel an almost caffeine like boost. At first it actually clouds my mind and hinders focus. That doesn't last too long, and it mellows into a relatively normal state. Are lights all of a sudden a little brighter for anyone else after a few minutes? I am often working at a computer screen near a window and I find that I start squinting in the brightness shortly after drinking. When I take it in the afternoon I can feel my heart is beating harder and I feel it in my ears. When I drink it in the morning along with coffee I do not feel that effect (weird). I do feel a little jittery for a while as well. It does seem to curb my urge for a snack as long as I had breakfast or lunch. Of course if I don't eat by late afternoon I still get hungry - you still have to eat! LOL! I don't know about weight loss, as I haven't taken it long enough, but if snacking less it will naturally help. I don't think I would call this feeling "wellness." Artificial caffeine like appetite suppressant and some both negative and positive impacts. We'll see what happens. Berry flavor is nice. Not too strong or sugary. I mix with just cold water. I find it easy to drink. Have to keep stirring or shaking. Some powder settles at the bottom. Most dissolves.
