I'm a huge fan of the Amino Energy pre-workout. I've tried many flavors and this new rainbow sherbet is pretty great. It's refreshing when I need to change it up flavor wise (I'm a grape fan). I usually take the Amino about 20 mins before working out, and I feel like it gives me the energy I need to do well. It's effective and tastes great!
