Maybe I fell asleep faster? Maybe I slept a little longer? After almost one month, I still don't see a big enough difference in the quality of my sleep to continue using these patches. The patches also irritated my skin in spite of trying different places every night.

This item surprised me. I was able to sleep really deeply and it was nice to just slap a patch on and then go to bed. I also was not groggy in the morning. I highly recommend.

Not in dream land
Not sure I feel sleepy while wearing this patch. I do wear other Kind Patches and happy with them. I tend to be sensitive to sticky stuff and this does not affect my skin.
