Health Garden Birch Xylitol Confection Sweetener, Keto Friendly, 14 Oz

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use this all the time and wouldn't want to be without it. I love that it's all-natural and has zero calories, so I can enjoy sweetness without adding extra sugar to everything. I usually mix it with stevia because the two together give a more balanced, natural sweetness. When I make homemade ice cream, I'll sometimes use a combination of this, stevia, and just a little real sugar. It gives me the sweetness I'm looking for with far fewer calories than using sugar alone. As an added bonus, it's also much better for your teeth than regular sugar. For me, it's a staple in my kitchen and well worth keeping on hand.

In my quest to lower A1c and steer clear of large amounts of refined sugar in my diet I came across this product. I’ve been using xylitol for some time now and had always hoped for a confectioners xylitol sugar. This product hit all the marks for taste texture and most importantly kid approved. It’s been great to cook with. One thing to consider is it’s a bit more consolidated than conventional powdered sugar. One must sift it well when mixing.

Great taste in baked goods and making candy. Needs to be sifted to remove some lumps.

I’m not sure why we should pay more for the powdered xylitol. It’s a great product, I just don’t understand why we’re paying so much more to get powdered. It’s difficult for the consumer to grind down the crystallized xylitol, but is production that much more? Still 4 stars, the product is great!!

Xylitol artificial taste great and I use it all the time.

Not as sweet as I expected but still works if you’re diabetic to sweeten pastries but you must use more than sugar if you plan to substitute I haven’t quite figure out the ratio as I’ve been using to sweeeten my coffee with it

Don't know if it was an oversight on my part when I ordered or a product change but not happy when I realized there is tapioca starch in it. That's a deal breaker for me and I will not buy again. If you don't mind the tapioca starch, and related carbs, it does not have aftertaste. But it also did not dissolve completely when I made my homemade amaretto.

I bought this because it dissolves better in liquids and beverages. However , it seems to take a lot more of it to sweeten beverages. I think I will stick with granulated. Right now i'm using Stevia Clear which sweetens beverages with a very small amount.
