Which puck screen size should I choose?

Choose 51mm, 53mm, or 58mm based on your basket's inner diameter. The 53mm version fits many 54mm Breville baskets. Measure your basket before ordering.

Where should I place the puck screen?

Place it flat on top of the tamped coffee bed before brewing. Make sure there is enough space between the puck screen and the group head.

Will a puck screen prevent channeling?

It helps disperse water across the coffee bed, but cannot eliminate channeling. Proper grinding, WDT, even distribution, and level tamping are still important.

Do I need to adjust my coffee dose or grind size?

Keep your usual recipe initially. If the screen presses against the group head, reduce the dose slightly. Adjust grind size only if the shot flow or taste needs improvement.

Is the puck screen reusable, and how do I clean it?

Yes. Simply rinse it with water after each use and let it dry. The stainless steel puck screen is reusable.
