I absolutely love this chair. Very comfortable. The only thing I would have change is to add a stopper at the ends of the footrest so it doesn’t fall out when pulling it out. Was easy to put together. Love the massage and heat.

I recently purchased this office chair, and I can confidently say it's a dream come true for anyone who spends long hours sitting at a desk. One of my favorite features is the built-in massage function. It’s a game-changer, especially after a long day of work. I also appreciate the leg rest, which adds an extra layer of relaxation during breaks. The remote control for the massage and leg rest functions is intuitive and easy to use, making it a breeze to adjust settings to my liking. And you can fully lay back in it heck I might sleep in it. As for the adjustable armrests, they work wonderfully, especially when using a standing desk. They can be easily modified to fit my preferred height, providing just the right support when I switch between sitting and standing. I initially bought a cheaper chair, but it didn’t have nearly as much cushioning or comfort as this one. The difference is night and day! While it’s true that this chair is a bit louder than my previous one, it’s a minor issue that I can live with considering all the incredible features it offers. Overall, if you're in the market for an office chair that combines beauty, comfort, and functionality, I highly recommend this one. It truly feels like the ultimate office seating experience! Also it came in faster than expected!

I love this chair so far. It's super comfortable and great for bigger people. I'm 200 and have plenty of room! The recline is adjustable to wherever you want. Foot stool is nice the heat is nice. The massage is ok it's not like a spa but more of a vibration. It's OK though! For the price it's worth it! Came quicker than expected!

Not worth the money. I’m so tired of getting junk chairs. The right arm rest won’t stay up now. I have a bad right shoulder so I hurt all day with no armrest support. The chair is leaning forward. I’m only 5’6” and the fold out leg rest only hits at my calves. I work from home and sit at a computer all day. My back is killing me. This chair was another waste of money.

chair is fine! cant register for 1yr warranty with the Email in booklet! its a phony wont work. no customer service phone number either WTF
