I’ve tried kukicha tea at a restaurant and fell in love with it. I bought two different brands on Amazon before, still soo good. I tried this Numi brand and it is NOT great. It pales in comparison to every other ones I’ve tried. I feel like you need 3 teabags for one cup in order to get the deep rich flavor you want. I suggest any other ones on Amazon

They sent the wrong tea, won't replace and won't refund
I put the Kukicha on subscription but Numi sent me some other tea, won't let me return/replace it, and won't refund. Very disappointed. Clearly, subscriptions aren't a good idea since they can just send anything they want and still get their money.
