I have had stomach issues as far back as grammar school and I am 57 yrs old now. Suffered with IBS from stress and poor gut health. Feeling bloated and tired pretty much every day. I don’t know if it works the same for everyone, but one month of taking It straightaway kept me regular without any issues at all. Before I was lucky to go once a week and it was nearly always painful. My poos were just right. My energy and my mental state improved. Then it took over a month to receive my next one (I’m in Guam and typhoons and tropical storms delay packages sometimes. A week without it, my IBS was back and I wasn’t pooing regularly anymore. I was low energy and moody. I can NOT be without it. I love the taste. I get 8oz of filtered room temp water and one scoop of powder. It’s so good and refreshing first thing in the morning! It mixes well, no clumps and the ingredients are heathy, no weird smell. It’s a faint smell. I have AuADHD and I was more focused than usual. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering with stomach issues and low energy

I just kind of bought this on a whim, so I'm not even sure what all effect it was suppose to have. I figured I probably didn't eat quite enough veggies, and for my entire I've regularly digestive issue after dinner (2-3 times a week). It was more expensive than I wanted it to be, but I figured the per serving cost was worth it for knowing what I was getting and having something backed by at least some data. Well, they can charge me whatever they want now. I'll never stop buying this. I haven't had ANY digestion issues in WEEKS. None. I can't fathom what this stuff is doing to/for me to fix a problem I've had, and been to the doctor for multiple times, my entire life. One of the single most effective products I think I've ever purchased in my almost 40 years. It tastes pretty bad and smells even worse, but it mixes really easy, so I just do the 8 ounces and take it like a shot straight out of the shaker. Hard for me to comment on energy level, because that has never really been an issue for me, but I generally think I feel a little better during the day. I'm also sleeping better, which could mean I'm using more energy during the day. I couldn't be happier. Truly a marvel.

An influencer on Instagram who focuses on financial independence said there are only two subscriptions they would never can cancel, and AG1 was one of them. I agree! I have been taking it for a year now. My adult acne has cleared, my sickness is almost nonexistent, and I feel so much better! I would highly recommend this to everyone!

Too pricey

Tried this product out for a few months and wasn’t worth the hype or cost. This stuff taste really bad and honestly there is a product out there that trumps this. Seed is in pill form and it’s great and the top product on the market currently. Not saying this stuff doesn’t work, but just not worth the cost.

Do not buy. Terrible customer service. It was missing the AG1 scoop that you need to serve. I tried contacting the company and it directed me to a refund page. I began to fill it out then it stated no refund for this product but how can we help you. I selected missing item and it directed me to refund. You know what happened next. Run around. I contacted Amazon and explain what was happening. Amazon contacted AG1 directly and did a 3 way call. AG1 apologized for the missing AG1 scoop and said they will send me one within 2 days and will send me additional free items for the error.14 days later and still no scoop, no additional items and still no way to contact anyone for help. Only buy if you do not care if you do not receive everything you ordered and are okay with not being able to reach customer service for help. Now I am almost 2/3 finished with my AG1 powder because I had to guess how much I am supposed to take (don't know what an AG1 scoop is equivalent to). I am not feeling any difference but if by the time I make it to the end and if it does make me feel different I will not buy it again because part of my purchase is the backing of a company and this one does not provide the customer service. Save your $108 and buy something equivalent or better from another company.
