To start this off it is worth the hype for me, now it is not a miracle product however for me it has completely fixed my Gastro problems. AG1 is great for anyone who just doesn't have a healthy diet and needs the pre and probiotics, as well as the vitamins it contains. The taste is not for everyone it ends up being very earthy and can be difficult to get down for some people, regardless i can't go without it and will be taking it daily from now on it makes me feel like i have more energy my brain is not as foggy, and no it is not a stimulant it's just the difference between giving your body what it needs and when you don't you really feel it and when that becomes the normal every day you forget how your supposed to feel.

I have had stomach issues as far back as grammar school and I am 57 yrs old now. Suffered with IBS from stress and poor gut health. Feeling bloated and tired pretty much every day. I don’t know if it works the same for everyone, but one month of taking It straightaway kept me regular without any issues at all. Before I was lucky to go once a week and it was nearly always painful. My poos were just right. My energy and my mental state improved. Then it took over a month to receive my next one (I’m in Guam and typhoons and tropical storms delay packages sometimes. A week without it, my IBS was back and I wasn’t pooing regularly anymore. I was low energy and moody. I can NOT be without it. I love the taste. I get 8oz of filtered room temp water and one scoop of powder. It’s so good and refreshing first thing in the morning! It mixes well, no clumps and the ingredients are heathy, no weird smell. It’s a faint smell. I have AuADHD and I was more focused than usual. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering with stomach issues and low energy

A great way to test and see if you want to start taking AG1 on a regular basis. The AG1 official website is mostly subscription based and I didn’t want to invest $100 on a regular sized 30day supply for a product I wasn’t sure I would like so I went with ordering from Amazon and got the 14 day supply of travel packs for about $55. We ended up really liking it and the taste was much better than a lot of the other greens blends we’ve tried. Also the amount of vitamins, minerals and probiotics was far superior to what we were taking previously so we will be switching soon and very likely end up forking out the $100/month for a subscription so we can try some of the other flavors. Definitely noticed a difference right away as well. I have a very sensitive stomach so I was worried about how my body would tolerate it and I had no issues at all, if anything there was a noticeable improvement in my overall digestion after only a few days of taking it every other day. I already bought more and will continue taking this supplement on a regular basis as so far it’s proven to be worth every penny.

Tastes good, maybe I feel a little bit of good energy from it. But it hasn’t changed a thing with my gut health. Haven’t been anymore regular since I started taking it and I won’t be buying again just because i don’t feel it’s worth the money at all. Sucks but was hoping this could solve my poop issues

An influencer on Instagram who focuses on financial independence said there are only two subscriptions they would never can cancel, and AG1 was one of them. I agree! I have been taking it for a year now. My adult acne has cleared, my sickness is almost nonexistent, and I feel so much better! I would highly recommend this to everyone!
