Excellent product!
Fresh tasting; very easy to mix with no clumping; you can make it as rich as you'd like by increasing the powder/water ratio; keeps well in the fridge; very cost effective and has no added ingredients. Love this product!

Creamy in coffee
I'm really enjoying this coconut Milk Powder. Disclosure. I haven't had it just plain. I put the powder in my strong hot coffee and use my little handheld electric frother and love how it comes out. Additionally, what makes it so good for me I then add ice and coffee mate coconut creamer for more flavor and to add sweetness.

No Fillers is a prerequisite for my purchase
The only coconut milk powder I can find that doesn't contain maltodextrin, which has a glycemic index of 130. It's pretty fluffy considering it has no fillers. The flavor isn't quite as good as native forest used to be prior to adding fillers but is just fine.

Good pure, high quality, soft creamy coconut flavor. No additives or anti-clump garbage.
Good quality, great coconut taste..not sweet at all. Smooth texture but does require strong hand stir whisk or electric because it does not have the other gunk that prevents clumps which is not good for you..this is healthy and pure. If you like sweet, suggest a pure coconut sugar to enhance and sweeten.
