Product broke in one night.
This version reads more naturally and professionally: I purchased this product and spent approximately five hours setting everything up and installing all of my software. Initially, I was very satisfied with the computer and its performance. However, after shutting it down for the night, I discovered the next day that it would not power on at all. No matter how many times I pressed the power button, or how long I held it, the computer remained completely unresponsive. I immediately submitted feedback and contacted customer support, hoping someone would assist me with the issue. Unfortunately, it has now been over 72 hours, and I have not received any response or assistance. At this point, I am extremely disappointed. I am hesitant to request a refund because the computer contains personal data and software that I installed during the setup process. Since the machine will not power on, I have no way to access the system and securely erase my information before returning it. A brand-new computer should not fail after just one day of use, and customers should not have to wait more than 72 hours without any response when reporting a serious hardware issue. This experience has been very frustrating and has left me questioning both the product's reliability and the quality of customer support.

Works well, fits well and is a strong performer.
I've had this computer for a couple weeks now using it for routine office applications and some lower level 3D CAD and it is performing flawlessly. Support has stood behind the minor damage that had occurred before delivery and we've come to an agreement. I am a happy customer.

My new set-up is GREAT!!
I've only had my new computer and monitor set-up now about a week, but so far I love it! Especially I love RUFUS, the AI chat! I never used it for anything so important before! He answered so many questions regarding anything I asked when I couldn't figure out how to use the camera and microphone! I love having them both built-into my new monitor!!!

Processor Speed not that I am expecting
Windows only detects 2.2GHz so it is still slow, way below from what I expected in terms of speed
