This little one is great ! For the size, it has an awesome sound. Power by usb, or a/c with included adapter, or use batteries. Reception is impressive, picking up stations 50-100 miles away, some in Canada ! Cannot beat the value. Good emergency radio if you buy a cheap solar power pack.

Perfect Safety Go To During Emergencies
a 'Just in Case' battery operated radio. Perfect. Listened for a couple hours yesterday, exactly what I expected. You'll be able to find local stations to get that News update when needed. Perfect for power outages. These makers actually get it, that usb port and rechargeable whatnot is not going to help you in a prolonged power outage.

Goodies radio
This is a nice sounding radio with good sensitivity. It picks up a weak distant AM station and many more FM station s than some other radios I have. It is plenty loud and has simple dials. it takes 4 AA batteries or a AC 7.5 V circle plug, cord not included. Good small radio for the price.

Speaker stopped working after using the headphone jack once
I started using this radio and it was working okay for what it is. But once I plugged headphones in, the speaker no longer works after I unplug the headphones. When the headphones are plugged in I get output in the headphones, but I can no longer get speaker output when the headphones are unplugged.

Great little emergency radio. It takes only 4 AA batteries.Tuning could be an issue is in a low signal area.
