We had no problem figuring it out once we came back to the desertcart page where we purchased it and viewed the images and descriptions. Bought this for my daughter to use in Scouts and on camping trips. The weight is a little heavy but it has so many functions that will come in handy so we will overlook the extra weight of this pocket multipurpose knife. Review: Knife would not close back. - I couldn't get the knife to close back up. I also had to pay for the return. I would not recommend.
