Helps me breathe a little better through my nose. Next day had a little more energy and felt a little well rested. The material is durable and very lightweight. Functions well and strap stays in place. Hopefully this will work much better for my sleep apnea. Good value for the money.

Very comfortable product. Very easy to put on. It helps to keep my mouth shut and jaw up when trying to sleep. Helps me breathe a little better through my nose. No impact on snoring at all.

I really like the material, but in less than 2 months the material has stretched and now to keep it tight enough you have to keep adjusting the Velcro and it exposes the Velcro hooks which gets caught on a CPAP harness. If you can deal with that then it's the most comfortable strap I've used so far.
