Both their coal tar and salicylic acid topical ointments have worked for me. Patches that I have had for over 3 years have disappeared with those 2 ointments. Personally I didn't see as much progress with this shampoo as I do with homemade apple cider vinegar shampoos, but I did see some results. It did make my dandruff worse though. It would be worth a try because different people react differently to different solutions.
