One of my favorite things is that it’s just one capsule a day, which makes it super convenient—especially during pregnancy when taking multiple pills can be overwhelming. I tried to took these for 5 days and ended up switching. The smell and taste is unbearable, especially during a time where sense of smell is heightened and I’m dealing with nausea. I tried many things: passing them with juice, putting them on the fridge, having the before meals… nothing worked. If you are able to bear with the smell and taste (not sure how), that’s great, the nutritional value is excellent, but it really made me miserable.

I’ve been using TheraNatal One throughout my pregnancy and I’m very happy with it. It’s easy to take (just one softgel a day), gentle on my stomach, and gives me all the essential nutrients like DHA, iron, folate, and vitamin D. I feel good knowing it supports both me and the baby’s health. Definitely recommend it to other moms-to-be!

Only prenatel i will buy!

I bought this in my first trimester. I absolutely cannot handle the "fish burps" I get for hours after. Just about every time I would take it, I would get extremely nauseous from burping up the fishy taste of this product. If you have pregnancy sickness, I would highly recommend finding something else. I still have half a bottle left and I'm in my third trimester. I recently tried taking it at night before bed but still would have the fish burps through the night until it was completely digested. I'm going to try to give this away to someone who doesn't mind the fishy burps after.

The first bottle of these I had didn’t have as distinct of a fishy taste/smell, but these definitely do :( I don’t think I will be finishing this bottle because it makes me gag every time I take it.
