One of my favorite things is that it’s just one capsule a day, which makes it super convenient—especially during pregnancy when taking multiple pills can be overwhelming. I also like that it includes DHA, iron, and folate, so you’re getting the key nutrients in one. It’s been gentle on my stomach and hasn’t caused me nausea, which was a big concern for me. The only downside for me is that sometimes when I burp, I get a fishy aftertaste (probably from the DHA). It’s not terrible, but it can be a little unpleasant at times. I tried to took these for 5 days and ended up switching. The smell and taste is unbearable, especially during a time where sense of smell is heightened and I’m dealing with nausea. I tried many things: passing them with juice, putting them on the fridge, having the before meals… nothing worked. If you are able to bear with the smell and taste (not sure how), that’s great, the nutritional value is excellent, but it really made me miserable.

It’s easy to take (just one softgel a day), gentle on my stomach, and gives me all the essential nutrients like DHA, iron, folate, and vitamin D. Only prenatel i will buy!

The first bottle of these I had didn’t have as distinct of a fishy taste/smell, but these definitely do :( I don’t think I will be finishing this bottle because it makes me gag every time I take it.

I had my fertility center give me a sample of these when we found out we were finally pregnant. I love how small they are, they are easy to take, and you can tell that they are good vitamins. They are a gel capsule and all you have to take is one a day!! I usually take my pill at dinner time so I don’t have a big gag reflex like I do in the morning time. I highly recommend these pills. You can’t beat the price either for a one a day small prenantal vitamin.
