Received this flat iron the other day and I can say I am impressed. Here are my reasons why. It has a slim size. I like that the outer part is cushiony like velvet rather than the metal. Here's why. Trying to straighten smaller pieces along neck you can sometimes burn yourself. However, this is very soft and not hot. In addition, I appreciate the smoothness with which it glides along the hair. I also like the fact that it has a dial. I find that is more consistent and I can have exactly the temperature I want. I have thinner hair and I only use it at 320 Degrees. Higher heat is not necessary. My hair stayed straight and in place all day even with the wind outside. I used Tresemme heat protection prior that I sprayed on to help with the heat and I can honestly say I really liked the end result. I can see why many on Amazon were giving it high praises and I feel the same. The price point is excellent that I actually ordered another one to keep in storage. I would definitely purchase this you won't be sorry considering that other flat irons are very expensive and this does the job for a fraction of the price with the same great results.

Fantastic flat iron! It’s built really well and feels like a luxury hair tool. It heats up quickly as well. There’s no pulling on the ends of my hair and the size is nice to get close to the root!
