So far 3 out of 4 still work,
Bought 2 sets, so far only one has broken. The shaft came out of the ball. Had a hard time putting them on the strap. I think I will spend the extra $ for the Dunlop ones which I’ve never had a problem with.

My strap isn't crazy thick but maybe like 1/8 of an inch and I could not get ...
I was a little frustrated at first because I could barely get the strap part of the lock setup. My strap isn't crazy thick but maybe like 1/8 of an inch and I could not get the washer on and still get the threads to bite. So I'm using it without the washer. For the price I think they are great though. I was going to get the new Schaller S locks but apparently the screws are part of the nut that is attached to the guitar and if the hole is too small, you have to drill it out. These seem to be like the old Schaller locks but less than half the price. The nut or whatever it's called floats freely around the screw unless you torque the screw in really tight. The screw won't back out from having force on the nut because they aren't one piece. I've been super happy so far. Just be aware if your strap has a lot of material where the button holes are that it might be kind of hard to get them in.Gonna pick up a few more of these for myself and for my dad.The guitar that they went in was an Epiphone Les Paul, just for reference. Same size screw and everything.

Good Quality - Great Fit
I have bought dozens of strap locks that were not Schaller or Grover, etc. In most cases I regretted it. The quality was atrocious and the fit was very poor. Many of them I had to rework with a Dremel just so they could be usable. That was not the case with these. They fit well. I did have to accomodate for thinner screws that held the strap button on the guitar but other than that these are really good. Update- I have now bought more of these and can't be happier for the quality and price.

Get What You Pay For
I got these to go on a guitar I play only a few times a month for church. The other day, the ball that you pull up on to disengage the lock broke off. I purchased these about 7 months ago. I don’t gig this heavily and take good care of my equipment. Absolutely no reason this should be happening.

Almost perfect
Would have been five stars if the threaded area was longer. My straps aren't terribly thick but it's a real chore to get the washer and nut installed. Just another 1/8" or 1/4" and it would be perfect. If you have a thick strap look elsewhere.

Works great love my new straplocks!
A little difficult to put on strap because my strap was too thick and excess leather around screw threads make the washer push up and you really have to crank it with a crescent wrench to get it tightly secure... I ended up scratching some of the top gold on washer with wrench because of force i had to put tighten these onto strap...these prob install on thinner straps way easier... But once i got these on and tightened up they seemed to do the job and now my strap is secure and my bass guitar doesnt fall to the floor damaging inside components. I think I shouldve of cut some of the excess leather out on the strap hole to get the screw and washer to lay right..other than that there on and working fine works and looks great! Also paid extra for the "Savers" and i did not recieve them

Makes your guitar strap super easy to take off and on and safe
These are of excellent quality and make the strap Interlock fool proof. There’s no chance of dropping your guitar using these locks. Easy to install I simply unscrew the old ones use the new screw that comes with the locks which is slightly longer and put them on the guitar, the strap connection was a little more difficult and that the hole in the leather had to be open slightly to allow the lock to be placed on it. Still easy no problem .

Very good. Just like the photo. The guitar is secured. They work good (Recently instaled review)
My old strap holders were crap and with any movement they release de strap. I have recently instaled this and so far they have good quality steel and the gold finishing looks good. With this locking mechanism its almost impossible for an accident to happen. It came with standard "auto-piercing" wood screws as shown in the photo. The joint seems a little loose and sometime it squeaks when the strap is turning but I think there is no problem with that. I cant review the durability yet.

Sturdy and, most importantly, fits my Schaller strap lock buttons.
A third of the price of Schaller strap locks for those of us who just want the ability to swap a bunch of guitar straps without paying $40 every time we get a new strap. These attach to my genuine Schaller strap lock buttons with no more or less play than the genuine thing. Seems to lock in place just as well. The metal seems to be well formed with no unnecessary burrs orThey lack the ground ramp that is present on the Schaller locks so you need to pull the lock open when inserting onto guitar, rather than sliding on the Schallers, but at a third of the price it's a good tradeoff.I might not cheap out on a multi-thousand dollar guitar but on my five hundred dollar Squier bass I think this is a good value and will keep a small stash on hand for new guitar straps.IMPORTANT: I have not reviewed the supplied locking buttons which screw into the guitar as my goal was to attach them to the Schallers on my guitar (pictured in my photo review). I make no claim as to their quality.

Great Value for the Money
One cannot beat the price compared to Schaller which I have on all my basses, decided to try as one of the reviews shared these work with Schaller's, and they do.The only difference is that these are much looser, and the spring is very easy, not sure if that's a good or bad, the strap will stay on the guitar as it's my only gold...lol

Very good cheap strap locks
They feel a bit cheaper than the schaller ones. The metal is a bit thinner but they work just as good. The top part will fit on tje schaller strap pins but not the other way arround. For the difference in price, they are a great buy.

Does the job
Perfectly good strap locks for a fraction of the price of Schallers. Cant really go wrong.
