Scalp Wellness Collection

This was recommended by my hair stylist while I got my curly cut, I originally just thought I had a dandruff problem but it wasn’t that at all. This set is super great for giving your scalp moisture while keeping it fresh, clean and healthy. It also smells really nice and the packaging is cute.

I decided to give this a try as somewhat of a "scalp reset" after moving to an area with extremely hard water and had noticed my hair was starting to get very dull, weighed down, and my scalp was producing so. much. oil. and getting itchier. I took all dry shampoo out of my beauty routine in case it was clogging the pores of my scalp and causing the excess sebum, and bought both a filtering shower head AND installed a water softener in our home. None of it helped. Enter Malibu C. It smells just like mouthwash (which I happen to like) without smelling medicinal. I will say that the powder treatment stings like a mother at first, especially if you have spots of inflammation on your scalp. I decided not to freak out about the burning sensation and figured it was just a necessary evil of letting it do its thing. It became less painful with each treatment, which I took as a good sign. It's been about 3 months now, and although I have yet to refill my supply of the powder packets and have simply been using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels so much healthier, shinier, my scalp less itchy, and, best of all, my super oily scalp is a thing of the past! I can go three full days between washes without that wet, greasy look that had been plaguing me the morning after a wash. It wasn't an overnight transformation but ended up being the reset my scalp needed!

I have suffered from an itchy, dry scalp for years, and tried many different shampoos with no relief. After using the shampoo and conditioner once my scalp feels 90% better. There are still a few spots that are extremely dry, but hopefully after using a few more times along with the scrub it will improve even more. As a bonus to the relief it made my hair very soft and shiny, and it smells great! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I've only used it ONCE, so that may change after a few more uses, especially if the rest of the dry spots go away.

I have suffered from an itchy scalp for years. I try to wash it every other to every third day. The dandruff and oil is worse than it ever has been so I decided to try Malibu Scalp. The shampoo arrived leaking in the package with a loose lid. Received all items. Just used all three steps (shampoo, conditioner and packet) for the first time. The shampoo and conditioner didn’t bother my scalp; however, the packet made my scalp itch and burn terribly plus my hair shed worse than it normally does. Hair feels and smells good. Will see how my scalp feels the next few days. Not sure what to think.
