This is not a magic pill, for anyone purchasing this purely to lose weight without working out or managing their diet please know that you will be disappointed. It is an amazing product provided you consistently follow a proper workout plan and eat a balanced diet. You will have to learn to control your calories and be mindful of what you eat. You might need to do two cycles to see dramatic results depending on your metabolism. If you stick to a plan you will definitely see results!!

Great Product To achieve targeted results start taking it 2 months before Take clean diet.reduce carb & fat intake.include veggies and drink A LOT of water. I mean it .. a LOT of water!! Results will be there for sure. Reduced 5 kgs in 25 days with extensive HIT type workout.

Please don't waste money for short cut to ripped appeal. I have used it 3/4 times myself and lost only 3-4 pounds over the course of 3-4 weeks. Unless you are a dedicated bugger, don't waste your money on this. There are other cheaper products available online. This is a great product, but only for serious athletes. Even i will probably buy again after getting in peak shape, again.

This product seems to do a decent job of curbing appetite and giving a little extra energy while dieting, but I think its not for me. I have had really fitfull sleep since starting to use this, even if the second of two doses are taken as early as mid afternoon. My sleep returns to normal if I dont use this. I am not overly sensitive to stimulants by any means - if tired I can actually sleep immediately after a strong double black! But this one makes me tetchy and uncomfortbale while sleeping - and I feel too warm (probably the thermogenics). It may work for someone else, but for me, the trade offs are too costly.

Have taken other burners in the past. But this boy here is amazing. Is 100% effective, provided you maintain a tough workout and nutrition regime. Less carbs and calories in general. Multiple capsules gives the freedom of choosing what you need exactly. I prefer removing one caffiene cap from a dosage. Also during a period when you do not need deep cutting, you can consider removing the 2 blue water drying caps.

Effective but MAKES you totally Dehydrated.! I saw immediate effect after 2 days. I lost almost 2 KGs. However, it dehydrated me completely. There were side effects like headache, burning sensation in my eye ( eyes turned red), elevated heartbeats and acne on my back. However, the energy it gives is immense. You won't feel any tiredness at all. I could do 1000 jump ropes and it was still pushing me! Use with caution!

Okay, so here's the deal. This stuff works. It works so good In fact that if you don't follow the directions it will send you to the hospital. These pills are super powerful. Between the caffeine and other stims along side the WATER PILLS {be careful) these will put you in a state of almost legit stimulant feel (comparable to Adderall) even with the euphoric feel. They did help me get down to a amazing weight and cut like a freeking BOSS. I got my 6 pack I always wanted and mussle definition that was amazing. Feathering in the legs, biceps and veins everywhere. Highly recommend, but just a fair warning it's advised to only take for a few weeks and cycle off for a reason. Don't just keep ordering and taking them like I did.

shipping was fast, it came in good condition no dents or cracks and the product is great i'm not a body builder but i am a license trainer and this product is amazing it wont give you magic result but if you put time and effort and add it to a good lean diet then this product is amazing, me eating 1800 cal a day and i weight 145 pounds and 5,7 height it made me loose 10 pound and not water weight but real fat and that to me is a great achievement in my book.. I took this supplement 12 pm and 4 pm. It gave me great energy and i could feel the burn and i didn't crash or stay up all night which was a plus... I don't recommend this product to every one but those people who go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week and you know your loosing weight but you just feel like you can have a boost this a great product for you but you must follow all instruction. I can honestly say this product is like clenbuterol which is a steroid that i don"t recommend anyone to take unless you are a experienced body builder or professional athlete that has a team of doctor monitoring you on a weekly basic- but short story is this product is a lot like it but it is natural and doesn't give you no where near the same side affects and its legal in the united states. So I've been using pill packs for years. I generally get them from a local chain that sells first phorm but to be honest between driving to get them and the fact they are over double the cost I just couldn't do it anymore. I found these yesterday. They were delivered to my house by this morning. I took them this morning and I can tell you I really like it. It's intense but it's smooth and since they are like 45% of the cost of those others, this is what I will be taking from now on. I will say I've seen some of the reviews people having a bad experience and the thing people like that need to understand is pill packs are meant to be extreme. So if you're coming from a low metabolic rate and trying to lose weight and you haven't really been exercising and you haven't really been taking energy supplements, this is going to knock you really hard you have basically stepped into the big leagues without warming up first. P I have done pill packs before and when I'm not taking pill packs I'm usually cramming energy all day So this is not a big deal for somebody like me. It is intense for me because I haven't been on a pill pack in about a month but I take a lot of energy and I work out a lot so it's manageable. If you are wanting to start using these packs and I just explained to you, I suggest you kind of prep yourself by taking other energy supplements. Either that or you will have to ride it out. Just remember with pill packs there's a reason they're coming with a bunch of pills. It's because it's very strong so don't come from nothing and then be surprised if these kick your butt. Give yourself a week. Push a bunch of coffee, five hour energy stuff like that. Get your body prepared. But anyway, I'm really excited about this because they are much more affordable for me and they give me the feeling of the expensive packs and as long as they work at least half as good or better than I'm happy. So here's an update. Been using this product now for a little bit and I can tell you I'm actually surprisingly very happy with this product. I'm a real person real results. These things are definitely helping me lean out. So I'm about 6'1 230 lb. It's better for me to be about 220, but I also like to eat good food with my heavy workout routine and the way I eat I was really having trouble trimming up adding this has made a significant difference. I will never eat like a bird and this enables me to actually cut up. Pill packs from my old company did the same thing but they were a lot more expensive and you had to take more pills and with this one I'm getting the exact same result. I am leaning up very well so to be honest I'm surprised and I'm really happy with this product. Plus I really like the energy. It's very smooth.

I really thought this product was great. It did what it was marketed to do and had very little side-effects. Other products I have taken that contain diuretics have made me almost miserable. I drink a gallon of water a day, and my schedule forces me to work out at night. Given the mass volumes of water I take in at the gym, and throw in a diuretic, and I was up peeing LITERALLY every 15-20 minutes the first two hours after going to bed. This was not the case with Animal Cuts. It did make me pee more, but not to the point of being a nuisance. You will want to drink a lot more water with this product. I've read a lot about dramatically increased sweating. While I do feel "warmer" it's not at all unpleasant, and I only sweat more during situations that would make me sweat in the first place anyways. In other words, sitting in my air conditioned office didn't make me sweat. Running outside, I did sweat considerably more. But there was no body odor or anything, nor sweating through my dress shirts. I'm not a naturally sweaty guy, so maybe if you struggle with heavy perspiration, you may want to be careful. It had some great effects in other fields, actually. Maybe it was a placebo, but I find myself more focused on my projects at work while I'm taking this. Less "ADD-like". This is a definite perk. During seminars and meetings, I was less likely to zone out or get bored. I was firing out solutions like a pro. I've never been a big caffeine drinker, so maybe it was just the caffeine-high, but I definitely enjoyed it. Of course, the assistance in working out was great. It will work better for those of you who work out in the morning, but since I work out around 9:00 PM, Animal Cuts is basically out of my system. However, with my busy schedule, without this product I would be crashing by 9:00, so it still was great. The side-effects while on the product weren't bad. The first time I took it, the appetite suppressant hit so hard I couldn't even finish a small bowl of oatmeal. After that, though, it was just a great curb. I no longer crave the cookies my co-workers bring in, and my normally insatiable appetite is at a healthy limit now. Only time it gets bad is at night. After my post-workout meal, and about an hour before bed, Animal Cuts is completely out of my system and I am famished. I have to chug a protein shake or just go to bed to keep myself from making a second dinner. There is also the occasional heart burn. I can literally tell once it is kicking in, because I feel a sensation similar to slight acid reflux in my belly. This fades quickly, and never caused much discomfort. I honestly strangely appreciated the sensation. Products like Lipo 6x, I never felt anything at all, so I couldn't tell if it was working or not. This let me know that the product was kicking in, and this helped me psychologically as well. The only time it got bad was when I had a lot of spicy foods with it, then my heart burn was pretty bad. The worst side-effect was AFTER taking it. At the end of my 3 week cycle, I took one week off as recommended. I nearly crashed. I was yawning all day every day. My workouts were a struggle. I was sleeping 10-12 hours a night. It wasn't pretty. Maybe it was a coincidence and I was just having a rough week, but I think it was coming down off the "high" of Animal Cuts. It is a lot of pills. It never bothered me at all, since they are pre-packed. They have some sweetener coated on them, though, that made me gag a bit. My cupboard actually smells like them, and that smell makes me a bit uneasy, probably from the association. I would prefer just plan pills. I'm not 8 years old, I don't need candy coating to take pills. One issue I had is one I have with all thermogenics. The 30 minutes before you eat rule is a bit of a drag. It means I can't wake up and just eat breakfast and get ready for work. It also means if I want to take animal cuts before a run in the morning, I have to wake up 30 minutes before my run, or skip eating a meal and run on an empty stomach. Not a big deal, just a nuisance. So this review is a bit unorganized, but those are my thoughts on Animal Cuts. I will continue to use it, as it really made other products (Hydroxycut, I'm looking at you) look like amateur stuff. I never suffered insomnia on the product, and it was a great pick me up in the morning. Also, if I see you post "My diet kind of sucked when I took this...I didn't lose anything" I will hunt you down and punt you. This isn't a diet pill. It works with your body. It gives you 25%, you have to do the other 75%.

They work well; however, I eventually found it to be too many pills to swallow. They kept getting stuck going down and I had to start taking them with eating some banana for them to go down! Not sure if it's the coating of the pills or what, but it was a struggle. The product does exactly what it says it does, I just couldn't take them anymore.
