It looks like a big muffin! The texture is different though, it's more like a bread. A tasty dessert bread with chocolate chips. Mine was very fresh. A little awkward and messy to eat, but worth it. A lovely treat for yourself or to gift to someone you think might enjoy it.

I bought several of these mini panettones for my co-workers as holiday gifts since they know of my Italian heritage, and it just so happens that my Nonna loves these and gave me the idea - I'm so glad that I did! Bauducco always knows what they're doing when making these delectable cakes - they're super moist, have the perfect amount of dried fruit and sweetness, and fluffy. They were a hit. The mini size is a great value making it perfect for 1 or 2 people to enjoy. No issues with the packaging through shipping. Highly recommend!

I love them I buy them once a month or more when I have the money to, and I truly don’t get how people cannot like these I love them and I have no problem with peeling the paper off and having muffin stuck to it cause I just eat it off I leave absolutely NO crumbs cause these are AFFORDABLE and WORTHY BUYING. (Please don’t ever stop selling these on here I love them)

When I ordered this I did not realize it was a mini panettone although I should have known that because of how inexpensive it was! This is enough for two people if you just cut it in half. It is good with a little butter. I did not break out because this must not have very much palm oil in it. I got two more arriving today and my husband loves this cake bread! I can see myself ordering this a lot in the future! It is so delicious! Usually this is a holiday treat once a year but it really is worth having more often!!! ~The Rebecca Review

A tasty breakfast or coffee time treat, at a very good price -- I paid $1.49. While larger panettones might be moister inside because there is more inside inside, this is moist enough. It's a very good small sweet -- somewhere between cake and bread. Being delicious, they are, of course, fattening, 270 calories, about the same as a muffin of the same size. The candied fruit was fresh and soft. If you're not worried about cholesterol, you can heat it and add butter. One caution, the little box was packed loosely with two heavy items and got crushed, but the panettone inside was not crushed. That's an Amazon problem, how they pack things, but you can try to circumvent it by not ordering heavy things with baked goods. BTW, I am also from an Italian family, and I also know a good panettone when I see/taste it.
