Great product shame it comes separate from oven meaning I had to wait but it was worth it delivered sooner than advised very happy. Easy to fit with instructions works well pipe is need so may need some lubricant to assist fitting

Nice addition. Much cleaner than solid fuels and smoke free with a decent flame. Did not have any problems with the ignition, you just need to be careful you do not bang the spark electrode when fitting the burner. The oven got up to temperature in about 20 minutes. I fitted this to the Karu 2 which allows you to close the door when using the burner. Happy with the purchase. Buying the Propane tank was almost the same cost by the time you have entered the hire agreement and paid for your gas. Also it is not that easy to obtain a new bottle as most retailers like garages don't sell new bottles and will only exchange for an empty unit.

I originally bought the fuel version of the ooni karu which is perfect for most occasions. However the downside being how long it takes to heat up. The gas burner adapter is perfect alternative for when you can’t be bothered to wait for the wood chips to burn. It was easy to put together only taking about 5minutes. It’s a good quality product but a little expensive for what it is (however it’s comparable to the high street prices). We personally prefer the pizza from the woodchip version as you definitely get more of a smoky taste however for ease of use we will certainly be using the gas burner too.

So much easier to use than coals or hardwood easier to control temperature

Might just be the one I received but having used it a couple of times now it only really starts dail down the flame level in the last quarter of the turn and then goes straight to shutoff.
