Review: Complete Grip Training Set — Great Quality and Actually Gets Used - Easy 5 stars — this grip strength kit is exactly what I was looking for. One of the biggest positives is that I actually use almost everything included. A lot of kits throw in extras that never get touched, but this one feels well thought out and practical. The quality has held up well over time. After a few months of regular use, everything still feels solid and hasn’t shown any signs of wearing out or breaking down. It’s also versatile — whether you’re just trying to improve grip strength, add in forearm work, or use it for general fitness, it covers all the bases without needing additional equipment. Overall, this is a great all-in-one option that delivers on both usefulness and durability. Pros: • Includes multiple useful tools (not just filler items) • Good durability even after months of use • Versatile for grip and forearm training • Great value as a complete kit Cons: • None so far
Review: Quality is bad - The tension on the springs is very weak, cheap quality

**Q: Would it help for someone who had a stroke?**
A: Not sure if it would or not a neighbour of my parents had a stroke which paralyzed one half his body. Depending on the extent of your stroke. I would imagine.
I am of course no neurologist. But as a heart patient. IF you can lift it be it a weight or anything that can strengthen any joint. or if you can squeeze it ..use
the hand gripper..and the finger guitar type thing in this group..the hand gripper adjusts to various strengths ..meaning not just one level by the knob on it .
so very different than that of those you find in the stores. and just between finger and another at the lower settings. on the tip ends of the handles It would not hurt to try.

**Q: Does it make your forearms bigger ?**
A: Any grip strength training will build muscle in your forearms. This does not directly translate to bigger forearms, but it's certainly likely.
