Weleda Skin Food Brightening Serum Stick with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid

Okay, I’m obsessed with how easy this is. ✨💕 I love skincare, but some days I absolutely do not want another complicated step in my routine. The serum stick makes it so quick to swipe on, blend in, and go. It gives my skin that fresh, hydrated, glowy look without having to deal with a messy serum bottle, and the stick format is PERFECT for throwing in a makeup bag when traveling. I especially love using it when my skin is looking a little dull and needs that extra boost. This non- greasy moisturizer soaks in easily. You don't feel like you have any lotion on at all yet it moisturizes very well. I like to use it on my hands because I don't have to put any on the palm area and can still moisturize the tops of my hands. Nice for the decolletage area also.

I would recommend leaving this in the fridge. It works well enough but if it melts, you’ll end up having to pull the thing apart and fish it out yourself. When it’s cold, it feels great in your skin!

This stick is not what I thought. I love this brand, but this is not an equivalent to a Vitamin C serum in my opinion. I’ve only used it for a week, so I can’t attest to its brightening and evening abilities. It is very hydrating and feels nice. But it is much thicker and goes on more like a sun screen. It takes a while to soak in. Where as a serum you can quickly layer the moisturizer on and then makeup routine. Directions say 10 minutes before moisturizer, but I would not use this if you have somewhere to be within an hour. Overall nice product but stick is a little more like a melted chapstick consistency, messier than I realized. I would not consider it lightweight if you are layering products quickly. Also my packaging looked like it could have been returned and the stick inside if used once or opened.
