I purchased these Folding Chairs to replace 75 (Yes, 75!) year old folding chairs I inherited from my Grandparents. They are cute, and made of solid wood with pink seats, but are heavy and worn. So, I ordered a set of 4 and a set of two of the Flash Furniture Hercules Metal Folding Chairs in the Navy color. The boxes arrived on 2 seperate days, in a total of 4 boxes. (2 + 2 + 1 + 1) Not that it mattered, just letting others know not to be concerned if they don't arrive all together. They were each in a plastic bag, inside the box. There was a slight chemical odor when I first pulled the plastic off, but dissipated within minutes. They fold up and open up smoothly. The seat is comfy due to its thickness. The back sits a little low, so it catches your lower back - lumbar, but not your upper back at all. I guess these will be fine for short term use, not to sit for extended hours. The extra bar across the back legs gives it its extra support and ability to hold more weight, something I was using as a comparison when looking at all the options on Amazon. These are very pretty chairs, don't take up alot of room when storing, and seem to be well made. I have no doubt they will hold up well over time.

These are well made and very durable. I have had 4 for 13 years and they're still very comfortable. I bought 2 new ones for extra company. I really like the padding on the back and seat.

I need to buy more of these chairs. We have used them for holiday. Dining occasions and everyone loves them very comfortable. They do hold heavier people very beautiful and easy to clean and put away for storage

Sturdy but not big enough for a man over 200lbs.

These are quality fold up chairs and are especially great for occasions where one has to be seated for long periods of time. Everyone compliments how nice they look and how comfortable they are! Totally worth the expense and a huge upgrade from the basic metal fold up chairs I had before.

It does what I need it to do, that is be easy to move and comfortable to sit in. I sit in it for many hours a day doing stuff on my computer. When I need to move it it's easy to move and fold up if that is needed. I'm glad I bought it. I bought a different one before I bought this one and that one is sitting in the garage folded and not being used. Both are upholstered and I can't really say which is better upholstery but like I said, I'm using this one and not the other one.

The cushioning is very good. The chairs are sturdy and look nice. They are easy to store.

Ayant déménagé dans un plus petit appartement. Des chaises pliantes étaient obligatoires. Je voulais 2 chaises de chaque couleur. Les bleus ne sont pas disponibles actuellement. Celles reçues actuellement sont belles et très confortables. J'attends avec impatience de pouvoir commander les bleues.

I ordered 2 sets of 4 chairs, only 2 chairs arrived and they were defective. Now over a month after the expected delivery date I am still having trouble getting a refund. The defective chairs do seem pretty sturdy though.
