very comfortable and has helped my neck and back issue a lot i use a big silk pillow case over the top as that makes it easier to change as i don’t need the coolness bit of the pillow

Best pillow i have ever owned, amazing for Side sleeping and back sleeping. Took about a week to get used to the difference and abit of a stiff neck at the start. but i wont go back to a standard pillow. Posture is better. Im a wriggler when i sleep this seems to keep me in the same position and the sides come up slightly when side sleeping which is amazing

I am finding this pillow jhlps my neck pain I definitely wake up with less discomfort I have given 4 stars because I really would have liked a spare cover to make it easioer for washing and there is no mention of the availability of a spare to purchase. Using a cotton cover would defeat the object of keeping cool.

Oh my gosh, I have struggled with pillows to ease neck and back pain for years. 2 nights with this and the pain is almost eradicated in the morning and going from several pillows to be comfortable to just this one has been a game changer. I cannot recommend enough. I love this pillow. So comfortable.

This is the worst pillow I have ever purchased. I am incredibly dissatisfied with how springy and bouncy and therefore weak the structure is but also the smell is just not something I can get on board with. I of course have opened the pillow and no doubt will be unable to return but do not waste your money. Pain relief???? I haven’t felt discomfort like it.

Some years ago I had a cervical discectomy and fusion of my c4 c5 c6. My op was successful, but I was left with discomfort at night time, I would beat and punch my pillow and toss and turn. I have been threw many pillows, many different shapes and sizes so to say I was sceptical over this pillow is an understatement. I have had it just a week now and it has made an incredible difference to me. How long the shape and support will last, who knows but for now, its working a treat. Would I buy it again! Yes absolutely
