## Overview

The AC Infinity AIRTITAN T7 is a 12-inch exhaust fan engineered for superior temperature and humidity control in basements, crawl spaces, and grow rooms. Featuring a powerful 240 CFM airflow, whisper-quiet brushless EC motor, and IP-55 rated dust and water resistance, it ensures efficient ventilation with minimal noise. ## Description

Product description: A powerful ventilation fan for controlling temperature and humidity values and for removing odours and spent air from your home. Ideal for applications in creeping cellars, cellars, attics and garages. The air conditioning is done via the included smart controller, which enables dynamic climate and time-based programming and can be connected to multiple UIS devices. The robust construction includes a stainless steel mounting frame and a 120mm DC fan with PWM control, IP-55 protection class and high efficiency for maximum airflow at low noise and low energy consumption. The fan is aligned in such a way that the air flow occurs in the direction of the mounting frame and thereby generates an effective discharge airflow. This product is part of the UIS platform of devices and smart controllers, which has been developed for seamless integration to create optimal environmental conditions. Intelligent programming. The Controller 69 Pro offers intelligent control functions for this and up to three other UIS devices to optimally control temperature, humidity and VPD and create ideal environmental conditions. Create dynamic programs that go beyond simple switching on and off, and automatically adjust the fan speed to changes in the indoor climate. Adjustable minimum values keep the inline fan continuously at low speed for even airflow, while timer, cycle and timetable modes allow individual activations as needed. Connect securely via Wi-Fi with the AC Infinity app and use automation functions anytime, anywhere. Remote access to your devices, activate advanced programs, set alarms and notifications, view historical diagrams, and export CSV data. Robust performance. This creeping basement fan system is housed in a robust aluminum housing with spiral fan protection grilles. By using a PWM-controlled DC motor, the fan achieves maximum airflow with lower noise levels and lower energy consumption at the same time. In addition, the 120 mm fan is protected against liquids and dust particles according to IP-55. The motor uses double ball bearings with a service life of 67,000 hours.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this unit exchange air - one fan blowing into basement, and other fan blowing out (opposite direction)? Thanks!**
A: No, it is not designed to have one fan blowing one direction and the other fan blowing the other direction.

**Q: Will this fan safely vent solvent and paint fumes out of a garage for fire safety with a gas waterheater?**
A: Yes! Majority window fans can help clear dust, odor, and fume, HOWEVER, you will have to reverse the fan from your window; the opposit way. The opposite where everything from in the room is heading out the window through the fan; instead of outside air going inside. Gracias!

**Q: How many unit would you need for a 1600 square foot home?**
A: Depends. Attic..1. Crawl space...2 (cross flow, intake/exhaust)

**Q: Can this unit control only humidity with the temperature control turned off? I'm looking to stay at 70% humidity in an enclosed space**
A: It cannot control anything. It is a fan that will turn on or off based on whatever criteria you give it. If you are asking if you can set it to only turn on when it reaches “xxx” humidity, then yes you can.
