Steep... But so worth it. Have not looked back at how good this is.

I like this as a base as it’s not too salty. Once I used it a couple of times I added a packet of Oregano, Thyme, Garlic and Chilli powder with the container and mixed together. Then funnelled it back into the container.This gave it more of a herb and spicy forward taste that’s more suitable to my palate. Some may like it as is but I found it a bit bland just on its own.

The best cajun seasoning my family has experienced. So much flavor and firey delight. We've used it on chicken and fries so far and will use it on much more!

Almost too strong. The good thing is you don't have to use a lot to get a lot.I like how it blackens, very nice.
