I contacted amazon and they assured me it was a new product, therefore i was happy to use it. However, once i filled it, the product began to leak. Therefore it was sent back straight away. I purchased another, and thankfully amazon compensated me with express delivery.HOWEVER, i was charged £6.01 for returning the product... and purchased another flask for £8.99. The flask was beginning to get expensive for an issue which was not my fault.I contacted customer services and the £6.01 was cancelled and returned. I think this is great customer service from amazon, which have been really helpful... But it has been a bit of a faff for a water bottle. But i have it, i love it....It would be 5* if it wasnt for being sent a previously opened and damaged product.
