Been using this for years , not for nappy rash but any skin discomfort or abrasions. Brilliant stuff

I call this the magic cream my daughter had a fungal nappy rash for over 6 weeks other creams from the doctor did not work this helped with the blisters & helped to get rid of it a lot quicker the best cream ever very good value for money as well

Wonderful on nappy rash

Not as good as I thought it would be. Yes it starts to clear up sore bits , but, dosent treat the problem completely.

Best cream out there multi use

This stuff is amazing! I was recommended this for nappy rash and didn't have high expectations. Sudocrem and yellow metanium (my normal go to products) were not working and my poor baby was crying at every nappy change. Within a day of using it his rash was 70% better and gone completely by the end of day 2. This stuff has a mousse like consistency which I like and a little goes a long way! It doesn't smell unpleasant and seems to absorb really well with no stickiness or residue. I only reluctantly tried this as everyone raves about this cream or that cream and most are rubbish but this really does work! Definitely worth a try for the price.
