summary: first 15mins was enlightening, just on level 4. wow! i already recommend this!!!! its packaged well, though the box label is totally visible, so it wouldnt make a good surprise mail order gift unless u select a wrap job. if youre embarassed to be buying a trendy fatshakingmachine then this is yer heads up. if youre selfconscious you wont want anyone to watch the shake-a-thon, either. roommates? neighbours? close the blinds..... i feel the cord could be longer.... its pretty chincy if youre plugging in and planning to extend arms/legs/use the pully bands. the beeps are unnecessary, but not ear piercingly obnoxious. i also live alone. the drone and the motion of the vibration plate (on level 4, anyway) isnt disruptive. i will enjoy this soo much during the snowy icey isolated winters of stillness. shake things up and get one! the actual raw experience: did you grow up thinking 'Jello Jigglers' are so cool!? well now you can BE ONE. my thighs were a flappin, my tushie was werkin', wow, folks. i feel like i just did the bellydancer shimmy on a motorcycle on top of a horsedrawn cart-train....? and all i did was stand here. its like a journey, and a trip! it'll take you so far in and yet out of your body. when my 15mins was over, i dropped back in to this still reality. my feet felt alive-- almost tingly in a good way as if my circulation was 'working' again. i didnt want to sit down again... it felt quite motivating/energizing. you can make a lot of great & creepy gutterall noises like kids do when theyre on bumpy rides. what fabulous entertainment. i seriously felt it in my throat chakra, as a result. ill be curious to see how i feel tomorrow, after some further use. how soothing! if youre in tune with 'vibration' as a means of alignment and connection, if you enjoy 'stillness' but love floating on waves/fascia/massagey/intuitive feelies, and you want a 'workout' without the strain, THIS IS AWESOME. i sure wonder how the more advanced/$ versions are.... this is a faaaantastic place to start, anyway. happy jigglin'. i recommend put on the song "dont tell your dreams" by Lovixx Stosliv, and shake the ground, Gurl!

Whoh this is powerful. Had to start first sitting and getting used to the strong vibration. Fast delivery and easy to use.

I'm giving this 4 stars because I had to return the first one that I bought because the rubber foot pad was lifting up. No problem with the return. I received a new one and I am happy with it. I am using it daily on the lowest speed. I'm hoping to increase that as my body gets used to it. I chose this product over others mainly because of the lifetime warranty (you have to register). Don't be confused by other products that say "lifetime customer satisfaction". That is not the same as a warranty. Hardly any noticeable noise. Doesn't make the floor vibrate as I thought it might. I prefer the size of the Lifepro over the smaller brands. I do wish it weighed less though.

So far so good. Just got this a few days ago. I am 75 and have many medical issues. Mostly circulation and causes neuropathy. I use it on about number 25 and put my legs and feet on it as I lay back comfortably on pillows. Don’t do after eating. It can shake you up and cause heartburn. Oh to be a senior. I think I will really like this after I look at the instructions and follow the chart. Well made by the way and pretty heavy.
