Very nice!
These battery holders are very nice. The leads are about 3" long and there is a cutout for the wires to let the holder sit flat. The battery flaps are very firm so the battery will not fall out. I recommend this product!

Budget battery holders
perfect for powering projects = the battery is a tight fit but they work satisfactorily.

Made repair of solar lamp much easier.
Very compact in size. Pretty tight fit for the AA battery. Found a pliers in useful for removal. I wish the wires were a bit thicker. However made my project of replacing a glued in lithium battery in a solar lamp so simple (compared to without it) and subsequent replacements will be a breeze.

Good battery unit
Worked well for my needs. I used one for a micro switch I wired for starting a wood race car for scouts. Good for anyone that needs a small battery unit.

I have a mantle clock whose battery holders were poor. I used these holders with some alligator clips and problem is solved.

Fit inside ornament access hole
Got these to fit inside a 4 or 6-in plastic ornament to put lights into. They fit into the hole perfectly

Pretty good quality, low priced AA battery holders!
My recent project required four AA single battery holders. My search found these. The pros: + Low price of $5.95 for a 6 pack with free Amazon shipping! + Pretty well constructed, holds the batteries tightly in place. + I have a couple spare AA battery holders, as my project only required 4! + Advertised - Type of AA Battery Holder: 1x 1.5V AA battery holder with wires. + Advertised - Leads have tinned wire end, wire Length: 5.9"/15cm, wire color: red and black. + Advertised - Dimensions: (L*W*H)/2.248" x 0.669" x 0.539"/5.71cm x 1.70cm x 1.37cm. The cons: - No mounting screws are provided. For my project, I had to source #2 flathead screws to mount these. Closing remarks: ▪ The 4 AA battery holders are working well, as expected in my project. ▪ The batteries install easily, but removing the battery requires something like a hooked wire spudger to pull up the positive end of the battery. ▪ In addition, once a battery is installed in the holder, the spring on the negative end may need to be pushed down to center it on the battery.

Needed parallel pack..
Almost all the battery pack options I checked online are in series connection. I found this option, These are great individual battery holders for creating parallel battery packs. I just used a small piece of 3/16 plywood and hot glued the battery holders next to each other. Soldered the positive and negative wires in parallel and I'm good to go. You can also use a piece of thick cardboard instead of the plywood.
