Love the smell of this and it makes me feel so relaxed! I’ve really enjoyed using it, especially to unwind. I loved it enough that I also purchased one for my best friend who is preparing to run the NYC Marathon this year, thought it would be perfect for her recovery routine!

I get kicking leg at night and this helps tremendously

It smells nice, it’s not sticky, it rubs in easily into your skin and it’ll help me sleep with whether you rub it on your arms or your legs or the bottom of your feet. Nowadays, I squirt seven pumps into one hand and rub it on one leg and then do that on the other side. Spray it straight on the skin and It can just drip off. You need about 14 to 16 pumps, at least I do. I get involuntary muscle twitches sometimes in this can help also. Sometimes it doesn’t work, but I guess that’s to be expected. I bought it from Amazon because their website… it cost about the same on their website but they wouldn’t tell you how many ounces was in it and it was a ridiculous website. I was interested in some of their other products, but they wouldn’t tell how many packets came in or how many ounces you got for the price! What is that? All that information is on Amazon. Cymbotica does have cool stuff.

I love the quality of products from this company, and I love the smell of this spray. An entire bottle lasts a long time. I used it every night, mostly on my stomach and feet, but I am not sure if it truly made a difference, which is why I knocked off one star. I ended up trying a different brand of pure magnesium after this bottle ran out, and have had better results.

Product works great once applied and settled in BUT when spraying I have to pump the sprayer multiple times before getting a continuous spray going and god forbid you stop to readjust in your hand you will be stuck trying to get the sprayer to go again for a solid good 6-8 times before it finally sprays again.

Purpose to help prevent third trimester leg, cramps, and so far so good! When my legs feel achy, it tends to soothe them and relaxes me, and helps me sleep. I’ve been using it every night.

First night using and I got 9.5 hours of sleep.

Recommended by my trainer at the gym. No more leg cramps at night! The trainer was right. Smells good too!
