I ordered a non swivel sling for my rifle, received it this afternoon and it will not fit over the stock , fits on the barrel fine but is really small for the stock,,,, Number X003KECEX5,,,, the rifle is a browning 308 lever action,,, pls help me out thank you would . any suggestions,

I'm happy with this sling which I plan to use for my turkey/waterfowl over/under double barrel shotgun with a vent rib. I removed the stitching on the upper buckle to remove the strap and feed it through the vent. I also removed some of the leather padding so the loop could cinch tighter around the barrels. All in all, it seems well built and secures the firearm well while walking. I would probably not use this for high end vintage double, but I doubt many of us are hunting turkey and waterfowl with a gun like that, or at least trying to sling it.
