SAMAX Child Bike Trailer Jogger with Suspension Stroller

Having viewed many similar items and, based on other reviews and general product descriptions, this one seemed to have the edge.Assembly was relatively straight forward and the trailer certainly appears robust. The seating area is slightly padded and there is good leg space for the children. The front wheel forks were a little bent but easily rectified. The locking mechanism for the front wheel is a bit lose and you have to tighten it quite hard to avoid wobble. My only disappointment is with regard to the fixing of the main wheels - unlike other similar items, there is no 'quick release' and the wheels are attached with a castle nut and split pin. Both items being small and could easily be lost. Also, once the wheels have been removed, the wheel bearings could fall out. Care needs to be taken in removing and re-fixing wheels. The brake is a bit basic and the cable is untidy so I did not fit it.Haven't attached it to the bike yet so can't comment on this aspect.All in all I think that this is an excellent product for the money and the German suppliers service was first class. It's just a pity that the British could not compete on price or quality!

It arrived early than expected. Easy to assemble. As trailer is fantastic, I carry two kids without problems. The extra weight of the kids riding isn't as heavy as I expected. My 2 LO love it. As a jogger is not so good. The front wheel doesn't rotate that os not so big problem but it needs some weight. If I want to use it as jogger I need to buy weights to put in the front wheel or it won't work very well. Good product overall.

This was bought as a carriage for my bicycle so I cannot comment on the jogger aspect. This was well worth the money in my opinion and has served me really well. It's fairly straight forward to put together and is very sturdy. Comfortably fits my 5 year old with plenty of room to spare. I like the storage area to the rear of the carriage as I can fit a couple of bags of shopping in it. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery in the trailer. It must be relatively comfortable as she falls asleep in it. It might need a wee cushion in it as the seat is a bit firm but aside from that this is probably one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. It's paid for itself now with the amount saved in public transport.

I requested a replacement of this trailer in the hope I received a one off faulty one. Sadly I was disappointed a second time. The metal framework is flimsy and the fabric in the foot well started tearing after a couple of outings ( two weeks of use) when I used it as a buggy to go shopping with my toddler the handle snapped off whilst going up a kerb. The plastic fittings on the metal handle frame are of very poor quality. The brakes never worked either.

Great for the kids and made of good material. Only negative is the brakes. Not easy to install for both to work simultaneously. Buggy folds up easily to store and quick to assemble.

This is my 3rd bike trailer and is by far the best one we have had, it is sturdy, built well and quality! It is quite a large bike trailer which means both my children fit in easily with all their bags and stuff, but it does mean it is bulky to store and slightly more involved in folding it down, (although this is also what makes it so strong and durable when towing it) all round this is the best bike trailer I have owned and it easily turns into a buggy for when at festivals etc.

Only had it for a short while but it seems very robust. Easy to tow. Assembles very quickly. It is a pity that you have to buy it as a combined stroller and trailer as I'm unlikely to use the extra components. Might have been even cheaper in that case. Still good value.

I do not recommend this stroller. The quality is ridiculously low and there are several manufacturing & assembly flaws:-missing drilled holes and nuts for using the front wheel for pushing-washers incorrectly assembled on front wheel (which comes to you already assembled--not a piece you do yourself) so as to cause bending on the wheel's fork when locking wheel into place (according to my bike repairman)-each clip of the safety straps snapped off the first time I tried to clip them-bike trailer rod seems to be at an odd angle as it must be bent to an unnatural degree to be secured onto bike-velcro weather screen holder broke after only a few usesWould be worth £30, maybe, but certainly not what is asked
